China says Japan's launch of national intelligence bureau another negative move in security policies

BEIJING, July 31 (Xinhua) -- Japan's establishment of a national intelligence bureau represents yet another negative move in terms of its domestic and external security policies, Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Mao Ning said on Friday.

Japan held the first meeting of the national intelligence council and launched its secretariat, known as the national intelligence bureau, on Friday. Mao made the remarks at a regular press conference when answering a related question.  ■
